As first reported by AeroCroatia, Norwegian Air Shuttle will soon fly on the Pula - London route. More precisely, it will connect Pula to Gatwick Airport.
Norwegian will operate on the mentioned route in the period from May 24 to October 18, 2015, every Sunday, i. e. once a week. The flight takes 2 hours and 15 minutes.
Prices are quite low and one-way tickets can currently be purchased from 29,30 EUR in the direction Pula -> London and from 43,70 EUR in the direction London -> Pula. Thus, Norwegian's cheapest return tickets on the specified route cost from 73 EUR upwards.
The prices quoted include the transportation of a standard piece of hand baggage, weighing up to 10 kg and measuring up to 55 x 40 x 23 cm, and one smaller piece of hand luggage (e. g. laptop bag). Checked baggage up to 20 kg is charged additionally, from 9,00 to 33,00 EUR per direction, depending on the route. For example, checked baggage for a flight Split - London costs 11 EUR per direction, so the same price will probably be charged on the line Pula - London as well.
Entering the route Pula - London, Norwegian joins Ryanair and EasyJet, which further enhances competition and gives customers more departures and lower prices. Tickets can currently be purchased from 20 EUR per direction. Considering the fact that all three largest European low-cost carriers operate on this route, travellers can certainly look forward to more cheap flights.
